Participants of the 3rd round who won’t become the laureates will be awarded the diploma of the Competition and the prize in the amount of 40 000 Roubles.
State and public institutions, artistic unions, business companies and press are given the right to award their special prizes as agreed
with the Directorate of the Competition.
All laureates are obligated to participate two times in the concerts arranged by The Charitable Foundation Of Support For The Music Art
«Elena Obraztsova Foundation» and The Elena Obraztsova Cultural Centre in period up to December 31st, 2016 for free.
Income tax will be withheld from all the money prizes.
